30 Days to Hands on Play : Playful Fun
PLAYFUL FUN!
And the weekly It's Playtime! Party!
DAY 24 CHALLENGE:
Spend [at least] 15 minutes getting down on the floor with the kids and have some fun! Start tickling, chasing, or maybe even some safe rough housing!

This is a great challenge for today, because you could get multiple members of the family involved[uncles, grandpa, dad would be great at this challenge!]! So instead of lounging in the recliner after dinner, get some fun in first!
[Remember to keep it uninterrupted time: being present with the child. No technology, phones, television, computer, etc. No errands, chores, making dinner, etc.]

I think my kids could do this for hours, however it is really a workout for me!
We absolutely love doing this though. Here's some ideas to get you started:
- Have a tickle fest!
- Play chase, they chase you, or you chase them. Take turns!
- Rough house or wrestle in a 'safe' manner.
- Get a blanket out! Play under or over them, or even roll them up.
- Just run like maniacs! Have fun!

This 'Challenge' is meant to get you started, to spark your creativity with your kids [and their creativity!]. Your child may not be interested in this specific challenge, and that's okay! Have another go at a previous challenge, or don't be afraid to just sit and play with them and see where they lead you.
