Photo Project 365 : [65-71]

Scratch the title.
Photo Project 365 : [ 67 - 71]

We've been in a little bit of a slump this week
and I did not take any photos whatsoever on Sunday or Monday.
Tuesday was even pretty quick to get a picture.

[67]  Tuesday
Henry climbing around and under his play table.
George close by learning his every move.

[68] Wednesday
Henry built a tower.
Its been a while since we've gotten the Lego's out!

[69] Thursday
I love the look in Henry's eye.

[70] Friday
George is all about his hands these days.
Grabbing and pinching anything he can gets his hands on.

[71] Saturday
I think Henry likes George's toy more than George does.
Henry enjoyed showing him how everything works though.

High Ten! Friday

High Five Ten!
to This Week's 10 Hands On Finds!

[I'm moving this to Fridays and since I didn't do it earlier this week,
I have almost two weeks worth of finds... and I couldn't narrow them down to five.]

These are 10 Activities and Crafts that I've found
but haven't had time to try them out yet, but want to make sure I do them.
[my very high-tech way of bookmarking them]

Everyday Art

So simple and pretty.
Fine Motor Ideas
StrongStart
I need to provide more opportunities like
 these
for Henry to practice fine motor skills.
Stamping with Dice

Math a little beyond Henry,
but dice stamping would be a great counting tool.
[be sure to check out other posts,
I really had a hard time deciding which one to share.]

Toy Boat
Helping Little Hands
Boats! = fun in tub
Office Supply Art
Chalk in My Pocket
I love the simplicity of this.

Toddler Talk : Helping

The one thing that lets me have some sort of order in this house, and keeps me sane, is that
Henry loves to help me clean and do my regular household work.

Dust mopping the wood floors has become a weekly necessity and this is Henry's favorite! I shortened a Swiffer mop by taking out a couple of the sections, so now its just his height.

When doing laundry, Henry always jumps at the chance to help. He brings all the hampers to the laundry room for me. And then returns them to their place. He does try to help with rotating the laundry, but usually gets stuck when pulling stuff out of the washer.

Shamrock Window Decor

It could have been a creative green place mat for Henry.
Instead,
we made it into a shamrock for St Patty's Day.

Here's how Henry and I made our Shamrock.
